LogicFoam spray foam insulation cuts the air leaking in and out of your property — lowering heating costs, reducing damp, and shrinking your carbon footprint. British made, family run.
Our open-cell products for homeowners are made without HFC or PBDE blowing agents — the formula is 100% water blown, with a Global Warming Potential of just 1%. Insulating with LogicFoam significantly reduces thermal energy consumption, which cuts the CO₂ your home sends into the atmosphere.
KIWA BDA certification helps confirm that an insulation system has been assessed for defined use cases, installation requirements, and long-term performance criteria. It gives homeowners and surveyors a trusted technical reference point.
Certification can make documentation clearer during property sales, remortgaging, and survey checks when paired with installation records and warranty details.
Store your KIWA/BDA documentation with your invoice, installation certificate, manufacturer warranty, and installer details so they are easy to provide later.
If you are unsure which certificate applies to your installation, contact us and we can help you identify the correct product and paperwork.
Companies posing as surveyors have been cold-calling spray foam customers, using fraudulent accreditations to claim installs are non-compliant and must be removed. We do not recommend removing correctly installed spray foam. If you're cold-called, contact your original installer first — we are collating a register of these companies for Trading Standards.
Some customers have faced challenges with certain lenders when selling or re-financing after installation. This is not the case with all lenders, provided the correct documentation is in place. Keep your original invoice, installation certificate, manufacturer name and warranty, and product certification (KIWA BDA or BBA) — they give surveyors and lenders reliable information.
Even if none of these documents are present, it does not mean your installation is faulty — or that you will be unable to sell or re-finance.
Still concerned? Speak to your installer, or find a reputable specialist via the National Insulation Association. We're working with the NIA, mortgage lenders and surveyors to resolve these issues.

Most residential installations are completed within one day, depending on roof size, access, and any preparation needed before spraying.
When correctly specified and installed, spray foam insulation is designed to perform for decades. Always refer to your installer and manufacturer documentation for product-specific warranty details.
Keep your installation certificate, original invoice, manufacturer details, warranty documents, and product certification records such as KIWA BDA or BBA.
